Modernizing State Procurement
Governor Hogan signed an Executive Order on February 10, 2016 forming the Commission to Modernize State Procurement. Lt. Governor Rutherford chaired the Commission and on December 2nd the Commission provided Governor Hogan with their report. You can read the report by selecting the following link.
