Maryland Home Improvement Commission Bonds – Special Program

We have a MHIC program with Aegis Security Insurance Company. MHIC bonds are approved based on credit (soft pull). Discharged Bankruptcies are acceptable. Credit scores as low as 550 can be considered. The lowest rate is 1% per year for both the $20,000 or $100,000 Two-Year Bond.
