Small Contractor Applications

Small contract programs are available based solely on personal credit for projects up to $750,000.  For projects $750,000 to $1,500,000 in-house (accrual based) month ended balance sheet and profit and loss statements, tax returns and personal statements are required.  Click here to access our Small Contractor Application or click here to access our Fast Track Bond Portal to complete an on-line application for projects up to $450,000.  There is no cost to apply and to get pre-qualified.  As always you can contact tbg@thebarbourgroup.com for additional information & applications.
